"Doppel K Crew" ist das sechste Album aus dem Hause Kkorpus Delikkti, aber das Erste, welches auf Vinyl erscheint. Drei Homies aus dem Kern der Gang haben sich zusammen getan, um diese Platte auf die Beine zu stellen. kkoma, Makant und Esc bilden dabei das Gerüst, wenn es um Raps geht, doch werden sie durch Featureparts von Steril One, Fab (Kkorpus Delikkti) und Stockinger unterstützt. Die Beats kommen größtenteils von kkoma, jedoch sitzen auch hier noch weitere dope Produzenten im Boot: Thelonious Coltrane, Lord K (Kkorpus Delikkti), HTN und Makant (Kkorpus Delikkti). Zur Krönung des Ganzen gibt es saftige Cuts von Lukutz (Funkverteidiger) und Dj Derbystarr. Rund gemacht wurde die Scheibe durch Staub Engeneering, also dem Mann für's Grobe und Analoge, Steril One.

Das Album entstand über eine Zeit hinweg größtenteils im Kabuff, Leipzig, eines der Headquarter der Doppel K Crew. Verfolgt wird kein großes Ziel. Es sind einfach drei dope Dudes mit dreckigen Lyrics. Punchlines, witzige Wortspiele und Reimketten treffen auf polternde Boom Bap Beats aus alten, verstaubten Kisten. Doppel K Crew, Funk aus dem Kabuff, dein Sender ist gestört.
